Excel ke Product, sum, dsum, dsum with many conditions, dcount, dmin, dmax, daverage, average, sumif aur sumifs formula ko is post mein bataya ja rha hai.

1. SUM (योग):

Yeh formula aapko kisi range ke numbers ka total dikhata hai.

=SUM(A1:A10)

Isme A1 se A10 tak ke cells ke numbers ka total hoga.

2. PRODUCT (गुणा):

Yeh formula aapko kisi range ke numbers ka product dikhata hai.

=PRODUCT(B1:B5)

Isme B1 se B5 tak ke cells ke numbers ka product hoga.

3. SUMIF (योग यदि):

Yeh formula aapko kisi specific condition ke hisab se sum dikhata hai.

=SUMIF(C1:C10, ">50", D1:D10)

Isme C1 se C10 tak ke cells mein jo values 50 se zyada hain, unke corresponding D1 se D10 tak ke cells ka total hoga.

4. SUMIFS (योग यदि):

Yeh formula bhi condition based sum dikhane ke liye hai, lekin isme multiple conditions ka use hota hai.

=SUMIFS(D1:D10, C1:C10, ">50", A1:A10, "January")

Isme D1 se D10 tak ke cells ka total hoga, jinme corresponding C1 se C10 tak ke cells mein values 50 se zyada hain aur A1 se A10 tak ke cells mein “January” hai.

5. DSUM (डेटाबेस योग):

Yeh formula aapko kisi database mein conditions ke hisab se sum dikhata hai.

=DSUM(A1:E100, "Sales", G1:G2)

Isme A1 se E100 tak ke data range mein se jin records ko consider karna hai, unme se “Sales” column ka total hoga, jisme G1 se G2 tak ke cells mein specified conditions hongi.

6. DAVERAGE (डेटाबेस औसत):

Yeh formula database mein average nikalne ke liye hota hai.

=DAVERAGE(A1:E100, "Age", G1:G2)

Isme A1 se E100 tak ke data range mein se jin records ko consider karna hai, unme se “Age” column ka average hoga, jisme G1 se G2 tak ke cells mein specified conditions hongi.

7. DMIN (डेटाबेस मिन):

Yeh formula database mein minimum value nikalne ke liye hota hai.

=DMIN(A1:E100, "Price", G1:G2)

Isme A1 se E100 tak ke data range mein se jin records ko consider karna hai, unme se “Price” column ka minimum hoga, jisme G1 se G2 tak ke cells mein specified conditions hongi.

8. DMAX (डेटाबेस मैक्स):

Yeh formula database mein maximum value nikalne ke liye hota hai.

=DMAX(A1:E100, "Revenue", G1:G2)

Isme A1 se E100 tak ke data range mein se jin records ko consider karna hai, unme se “Revenue” column ka maximum hoga, jisme G1 se G2 tak ke cells mein specified conditions hongi.

9. DCOUNT (डेटाबेस गणना):

Yeh formula database mein count nikalne ke liye hota hai.

=DCOUNT(A1:E100, "Product", G1:G2)

Isme A1 se E100 tak ke data range mein se jin records ko consider karna hai, unme se “Product” column mein kitni alag alag values hain, uski count hoga, jisme G1 se G2 tak ke cells mein specified conditions hongi.

10. AVERAGE (औसत):

Yeh formula aapko kisi range ke numbers ka average dikhata hai.

=AVERAGE(F1:F10)

Isme F1 se F10 tak ke cells mein se average value niklegi.

Upar diye gaye examples aapke Excel mein istemal ke liye hain. Aap inhe copy karke apne data ke hisab se modify bhi kar sakte hain.

11. COUNT (गणना):

Yeh function aapko kisi range mein kitne cells mein kuch value hai, yeh count dikhata hai.

=COUNT(A1:A10)

Isme A1 se A10 tak ke cells mein kitne non-empty cells hain, woh count hoga.

12. COUNTIF (गणना यदि):

Yeh function aapko kisi specific condition ke hisab se kitne cells mein value hai, woh count dikhata hai.

=COUNTIF(B1:B10, ">50")

Isme B1 se B10 tak ke cells mein jo values 50 se zyada hain, unka count hoga.

13. MIN (न्यूनतम):

Yeh function aapko kisi range mein sabse chhota (minimum) number dikhata hai.

=MIN(C1:C20)

Isme C1 se C20 tak ke cells mein se sabse chhota number niklega.

14. MAX (अधिकतम):

Yeh function aapko kisi range mein sabse bada (maximum) number dikhata hai.

=MAX(D1:D15)

Isme D1 se D15 tak ke cells mein se sabse bada number niklega.

15. IF (अगर):

Yeh function aapko kisi condition ke hisab se do alag alag values mein se ek ko dikhata hai.

=IF(G1>10, "Bada", "Chhota")

Isme G1 ki value 10 se zyada hai to “Bada” aur nahi to “Chhota” dikhega.
